Believe it or not, this is my Beanie Baby, not Hayley's.
This is actually a compilation of three photos I took using my camera's AEB setting, and layered in Paint Shop Pro 9. As I added each layer, I first applied a gaussian blur (2.0 pixels), then set the layers' properties to Overlay and opacity 25 (for each layer).
I've recently seen this technique explained using Photoshop, which I don't have. And I believe the gaussian blur was actually set to 2.8 pixels. I'm still playing around with the different settings though.
