Leaves of Three, Let it Be

For those who don't know what poison ivy looks like, I suggest following the "leaves of three, let it be" rule. If the plant has three leaves (as shown here), it's probably best to just leave it alone.
As you can see, these leaves are starting to turn yellow as it is getting closer to autumn. So don't go by the color of the leaves. I've only really seen them in shades of green, yellow, brown and red. But it's possible, I suppose, they could be a different color entirely in other regions.
