Beach Erosion

Posted by

High waves on Lake Superior. I also created a couple of short video clips, which give you more of an idea of what it was like to stand on this beach. The waves pounded the beach so hard that the sandy areas were more mucky than sandy, with my boots buried nearly to the tops of my feet.
This is the closest I'll get to any "muddy" pictures. Our storm has dumped more snow on us overnight, covering everything in snow and sleet. I don't think I'll be venturing out to capture the waves again today. It's a good day to just stay inside and read a book or something.
