Yum, that's what we had for dinner last night...breaded eggplant slices. Nothing like fresh produce.

One guess what I bought at Farmer Q's. Yup....avocado. Actually, six of them. Yum!

Love the colors of the veggies. Wonderful!

@Marcie: Yep. Colorful they were. I'm not a big fan of veggies, but they even looked good to me.
